Dylan Sprouse Says He and Cole Sprouse Are “Currently Working Together”

Ever since The Suite Life on Deck ended practically seven years in the past, individuals have been desirous to know when Cole and Dylan Sprouse will work collectively once more. However in accordance with Dylan, they already are — with one main caveat: they’re continually collaborating off-screen.

“The misconception is that we don’t work together now, but we actually very much do, but in a very different way,” he advised MTV. “Cole and I proofread and bounce ideas off each other 24/7. It doesn’t ever really stop, whether or not it’s an audition tape or whether or not it’s even a tweet or whether or not it’s reading my script or ‘tell me what you think of this character.’ … This stuff happens 24/7, so we are currently working together.”

Although they are not at present showing in any motion pictures TV exhibits collectively, they have not dominated it out. “My brother and I always intended to get back into acting,” Dylan defined. “We simply wished to take a break as a result of I believe, coming off of the seven-year run of The Suite Life, we wished to detach ourselves from that concept somewhat bit.”

In the event that they do seem on-screen collectively, “it would have to be a really, really, really cool project,” he added. “It’s easy to stereotype twins into any role. There’s not a lot of great twin roles written and often times when there are, they’re given to a single actor who green screens themselves into both places.”

Cole similarly told People in 2017 that he’d work with Dylan once more “if the project is good.” He added, “Something Dylan and I really don’t care much for is leaning into the identical twin thing. It doesn’t make sense. It’s just cheesy and hokey, but if [David] Lynch came up to Dylan and I and was, like: ‘I have this creepy project that involves twins,’ I’d be hard-pressed to think Dylan and I would say no.” Any individual, please write a script that’s worthy of their consideration.
